Suitable for loads of up to 350 t/m², REGUPOL cargo mat 9510® is heavier duty than 7210®.   Beyond its impressive load bearing capacity, REGUPOL cargo mat 9510® has another defining attribute that sets it apart: it is designed to avoid the risk of black discolouration when stain-sensitive surfaces come into contact with the mat.  In other words, 9510® offers an ideal alternative to black rubber mats if they are inappropriate for the consigned goods.  So it’s not exclusively for heavy loads, it can also be used for light to medium weight loads if discolouration is the main concern. 

This mat’s impressive lab tested value of 0.97 μ (coefficient of friction), is more than 50% greater than the benchmark figure of 0.6 μ (according to VDI guideline 2700, part 15).

Cleaning

  • Discard Status: cracks, holes, crushing, after contact with oil, fuel, chemicals, etc. REGUPOL cargo mat 9510® is suitable for repeated use through to discard status pursuant to testing by VDZ Dortmund.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

According to tests carried out by the Fraunhofer Institute, REGUPOL Cargo Mat 9510® achieved kinetic friction coefficients of more than 0.9 μ. The results exceed guideline requirements.  According to VDI guideline 2700 part 15, the normal requirement is 0.6 μ.
